Here are up to the minute photos of The Alameda job site progress. As you can see, despite the (unusual) amount of snow in Santa Fe in recent weeks, construction is fully underway and moving along at a truly impressive rate. Now that we are vertical, inquiries continue to increase and sales are also accelerating as interest in the project gains more and more momentum. The building is already half sold-out!
Andy Sandoval, of the M. Kaplan Companies LLC, Senior Construction Supervisor, said "the slab on Building A has been laid and the 2nd floor is being framed. (We) hope to have (B,C & D) framing going up in the next four weeks, all the site and water infrastructure is being worked on and the utilities are being installed."
