Alameda Ground Breaking

On May 22, 2006 Tribble and Stephens, the general contractor for The Alameda Condominiums, officially broke ground and began construction. Since then they have continued to make progress. Donald McCullough (project director for The Alameda) said “over the next five to six weeks the site would be changing on a daily basis.” He also said “they were optimistic about pouring the slab for building A in the next two to three weeks.”

As of June 9, 2006 the Alameda sales team has placed 46 units under contract. They believe with construction under way and the summer months ahead, they expect the sales velocity to continue. Clerkly Watkins the architect and the interior designer have provided the sales team with the three color options and the upgrades boards. We are finalizing the pricing on the upgrades and will supply those to our clients when we complete.

We are planning a ground breaking party for the middle of July. The developer, general contractor, architect and the sales team will be attending the party to meet with the buyers and some of the business owners in the area. It is very exciting to see the project enter the ground and will continue to update all of you with the continuing progress.
